Andhra Bank is selling Gold Coins directly by importing from Switzerland. It has the approval from RBI for retail sale of gold to its customers.

The coins are 24 Carat, 999.9 pure gold with a "Assay Certification" indicating the highest quality of gold as per International Standards.

Gold Coins are currently available in 4g, 8g & 10g denominations in round shape. Launching 5g, 20g & 50g shortly.

The Gold Coins are packed in tamperproof certicard packs that are see through at the manufacturing stage itself to prevent any damage / theft during transit.

Competitively priced based on the daily prices of International bullion market price of Gold and the US dollar.

Gold Coins are available at all the 1536 (as of now) branches and 50 Extension Counters of our Bank across the country.

Both Andhra Bank customers and non-customers are eligible to buy gold coins.

Bank will not buy back gold coins sold by them. But they can be sold to any jeweler

The following are the simple steps :

1. Visit the Bank's Branch & fill the Application Form
2. Mention the weight & quantity of the gold coins required in numbers & words & the mode of payment
3. Submit the Gold Coins application form along with the cash / cheque of your SB/CD/OD at the counter
4. Branch accepts & processes your requirement and delivers the gold coins along with the Invoice to you

For Non-customers : No documents are required for the purchase of Gold Coins with cash less than Rs.20,000/-. For purchase of Gold Coins with cash from Rs.20,000/- to below Rs.50,000/- an Identity proof is required. No cash will be accepted for Rs.50,000/- and above from non-customers.
