 3. PREMIUM PAYABLE PER ANNUM

Super Top Up Policy can be availed over and above Rs.10.00 Laksh of the Main Policy only. The premium is to be paid proportionately from the date of joining upto 8th June 2019. Renewal premium should be paid every year on or before 8th June for full year by existing policy holders.

The premium has to be paid from the account of the Prime Account Holder only.

The premium table for both types of policies for the insurance year from 09-06-2019 to 08-06-2020 are shown in the table given below.

a) PLAN - A : For a policy covering family members of 1+3 : Policy Holder, Spouse
plus two dependent children : Premium for PLAN –A ( Including GST)

 4. CLAIMS SUPPORT :

 Claims

 Update status of claims can be obtained by the customers at the following Toll Free numbers of TPA servicing the policyholder.

Please note that settlement of claims by GHITL is done as per IRDA guidelines and in accordance with the policy terms and conditions of the Scheme. Andhra Bank does not interfere in settlement of claims.
Rejected claims can be referred by the customers directly to Grievance department of Insurance Company whose address is mentioned below :

During renewal, If the customer account is not debited for the reason “ insufficiency of funds” in the concerned linked policy account 30 days grace period from 09.06.2019 onwards is provided for making the payment of renewal premium to the debit of cited account for continuation of renewal benefits
