In our continuous effort to provide more value additions to our Customers, we are introducing yet another highly secured environment for a Payment transaction made through Telephone/ Mobile (IVR). This is an additional level of security provided as per the mandate of Reserve Bank of India on all transactions made through Credit Cards.

The OTP (ONE TIME PASSWORD) is a secure code sent to your Registered Mobile, during IVR transaction process. Entering of this OTP is essential to complete the transaction.
