  Educational Loan Grievance Redressal Mechanism.

Educational Loans are allowed by all branches of the Bank as per guidelines given by Indian Banks Association in the Revised Model Educational Loan scheme for studies in India and Abroad and New Educational Loan scheme for Vocational courses. The details of guidelines and list of accredited educational institutes considered by the Bank for allowing educational loans to students are available in this site.

Branches should dispose the application within 15 days for the applications falling under their powers and within 30 days for others. The applications received are acknowledged incorporating the details of next higher authority who can be contacted in case of delay or any inconvenience caused. If for any reason the application is declined for sanction the same will also be communicated in writing to the applicant/parent duly furnishing reasons for such rejection.

Applicants may feel free to contact/represent to the higher authority as mentioned in the acknowledgement or as indicated in the notice board displayed by the Branch in the premises, in case the applicants are aggrieved of rejection of loan or when communication of decision is delayed or inconvenienced in any manner
