For the convenience and safety of your account, our Bank has introduced "Safe-T" an application to enhance the security of your online transactions with additional authentication of One Time Password (OTP), which is sent to your registered mobile number. Using this application you can generate the OTP on your mobile handset instead of receiving it through SMS.

You will require GPRS to be enabled on your registered mobile number for registration and activation of Safe-T mobile application.
 
Register for Safe-T mobile application in 4 steps
 
Step 1 - Download the Safe-T mobile application on your registered mobile
Step 2 - Set PIN on Internet Banking
Step 3 - Activate application on the registered mobile
Step 4 - Verify OTP on Internet Banking

Note
Since this facility enables you to generate OTP and OAC on our mobile phone, registering for this facility will disable the functionality of receiving OTP and OAC by SMS. If you wish to deactivate this facility, please click the 'Deactivate Safe-T' option and start receiving OTP and OAC on your registered mobile number. ' Deactivate Safe-T option will be enabled on activation of Safe-T application.

Safe-T Software Token Mobile Application

How to Register Safe-T software token Mobile Application:
  1. Log in to Andhra Bank Internet Banking click on Safe-T from the menu bar .
  2. From the Left pane select Register for Safe-T option.
  3. To Register for Safe-T software token Mobile Application, customer has to download the application on the registered mobile phone. Alternatively, customer can visit https://www.safet.onlineandhrabank.net.in/.
  4. Customer will be displayed with various form factor of Mobile platform for selection. Customer has to select appropriate Mobile platform. Android/Apple customers can also download the application from Google Play Store/i Phone App Store respectively.
  5. Customer will be prompted to set PIN (6 digit Alpha numeric Password) on Internet Banking of his choice to use the Safe-T software token Mobile Application. The PIN will be required by the customer every time to generate Safe-T secure OTP from mobile.
  6. Customer will receive an Activation Link to the registered mobile number through SMS.
  7. Customer has to clicks on Activation link sent on SMS - Safe-T token installed on the mobile platform opens and automatically gets activate. Customer is required to have GPRS/Internet connectivity on his/her mobile.
  8. In case customer has not downloaded the Safe-T Software application, he may visit https://www.safet.onlineandhrabank.net.in/
  9. Customer has to login to Internet Banking to activate the Safe-T software token mobile application.
  10. Your SAFE-T registration is now complete.
How to activate Safe-T software token Mobile Application:
  1. Log in to Andhra Bank Internet Banking click on Safe-T from the menu bar .
  2. From the Left pane select Activate Safe-T option.
  3. Customer will be prompted to enter OTP generated from the Safe-T software token mobile application.
  4. To generate OTP from Safe-T software token, Launch the Safe-T software token on the mobile device .
  5. Customer will be prompted to enter the PIN , set at the time of registration.
  6. Number of PIN retries allowed is : in case of maximum attempt
  7. On login to Safe-T software token, click on generate OTP.
  8. Enter this OTP in Internet Banking Safe-T and click on Activate button.
  9. On successful validation of OTP, customer will prompted with message You are successfully registered for Safe-T Software token. To complete transaction, please use OTP from Safe-T token only
  10. On Activation of Safe-T software token, Secure OTP over SMS will be disabled.
  11. After successful activation, customer has to complete all transactions using OTP generated from Safe-T Software Token only.
How to De-activate Safe-T software token Mobile Application:
  1. Log in to Andhra Bank Internet Banking click on Safe-T from the menu bar .
  2. From the Left pane select Deregister Safe-T option.
  3. Customer will be prompted to Deregister using OTP or Transaction Password.
  4. Customer needs to enter OTP generated from Safe T application or Transaction password according to the option selected.
  5. On successful validation of OTP/Password, customer will prompted with message You are successfully deregistered from Safe-T Software token.
